Our whole experience with Roof Makeover Specialists was a positive one. Rob, who did the quote explained everything clearly with photos taken of our roof. Rick and his crew were polite and helpful and did a thorough job of cleaning up after the mess that the pressure washing makes. Dave, the supervisor kept us informed at all stages. Happy to recommend them. Oh, and our tired, old roof looks great now.

Whilst the end result was good the journey to reach it was disappointing. Our experience certainly felt like over promising and under delivery. We had expectations set at the time of ordering which were not met once the job was being completed. We had to make up for short comings in their own work. We had to request a return to complete work and cleaning that had not been done in the first instance and then was still not fully resolved. They were responsive to our feedback but there were still misses that were unforgivable. Ie. leaving a stack of roof tiles on the roof. After the work being completed end April we still have the safety railings on our roof and no response to our request to have them removed at 23 June.
