G'day, I'm Daniel Lowe the owner! At Roof Makeover Specialist, we’re not convinced we even need an ‘About Us’ page – surely it’s all already there in our name, Roof Makeover Specialist?

However, our web designer (we didn’t build this website – we’re too busy doing amazing roofing!) insists we need one, so we’ll give it our best shot.

We are a Melbourne-based, Australian family-owned-and-operated business that delivers honesty, integrity and commitment to every job we do, whether it’s a full roof restoration, roof painting, or a simple roof repair.

We’ve done hundreds and hundreds of roofing projects and have one of the highest rates of customer satisfaction within the industry. That’s because we offer top-quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and fair (and upfront, fixed-quote) pricing.

We’re dedicated to giving our customers a completely no-fuss roof restoration experience. We guarantee to be easy to reach when you need us and to always show up on time. We employ only highly-skilled, fully licensed and insured tradespeople, and we always clean up ourselves when we’ve finished with our work. Finally, we promise we will never overquote, upsell, or add any nasty surprises to the bill at the end of your project.

We’re roofers, and we stick to doing great roofing work. Our small but highly-skilled team of roofers is perfectly able to answer the phone when our customers call, give expert evaluations and honest quotes, and get the job done on time (every time!) without any of the huge overhead costs our competitors make back by bumping up your roofing quote.

So far, 100% of our customers have been happy to take the savings we pass on from keeping our costs down, and 0% have complained that we don’t have a TV jingle, so we’ve decided to stick with our ‘low overheads, great roofing’ approach.
