All original terms and conditions apply. These are additional conditions to comply with the life time warranty.

• The roof must be inspected by R.M.S at 10-Year Intervals.
• If any maintenance is required it must not exceed 30% plus C.P.I of original cost of restoration.
• If roof has passed its expiry date (Example, the water course on the tile is worn out or the tiles are to brittle walk etc) and needs replacing the client will receive a 20% discount on replacement cost.
• If property changes ownership, the warrany is void.
• Safety rails not included in offer.
